Giving Back to Where I Grew Up

On Tuesday, July 6^th Kiningham’s Fitness held a demonstration at the Little Silver Summer Recreation Program. The demonstration was about fitness and different exercises for kids. I grew up in the small town of Little Silver, New Jersey. I am pleased that I had an opportunity to give something back to the community that I grew up in. To give back to my community is something that I will not pass up. I would like to thank Doug Glassmacher my former baseball coach, for giving me the opportunity to talk to the Summer Recreation participants. I also want to thank Christen Chacon for helping me out with the demonstration.
